Visits include whatever is needed for your pets: feeding, fresh water, a walk, playtime, litter box, medication, TONS of love and affection...and whatever *you* may need, such as bringing in the mail and newspaper, alternating lights, watering plants, or rolling trash cans in & out! Visits come with a window of time for arrival, not an exact time.

Overnight stays in your home! Includes evening activities (dinner, potty) and morning activities (breakfast, potty).
...11-12 hours, usually 7-8pm to 7-8am.
Little extras (mail, plant watering, newspaper, etc.) upon request are always free!
A Meet & Greet is required before any pet-sitting assignment begins with a new client.
Meet & Greets are free when a pet-sitting assignment is booked.**
**$35 is due at the Meet & Greet, but this amount will be credited back to you if services are rendered within two (2) months of the date of the Meet & Greet.
If you need us to see your new digs, meet a new pet, learn a new feeding routine, you can request another Meet & Greet...a Re-Meet.
There is no additional charge if keys are obtained at the Meet & Greet!
There is a $15 surcharge for the following holidays (this is per day, not per visit):
Visits outside a six (6) mile radius from our Valencia and Burbank offices are subject to a mileage fee of $0.67 per mile.
There is no extra charge for weekends. There is no extra charge for multiple pets. There is no account set-up fee. There is no extra charge to administer medication.
0 - 24 hour notice... 100% (Visits cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours prior to the scheduled visit will still be charged.)
There will be a $10 surcharge for same-day requests (requests received 12:00am or later on the same day as service is requested).
For every friend you refer who books our services, you receive $35 off any pet-sitting service for yourself!
